We will work with you to get you the documentation you need for your organisation and it will always be written to fit your organisation.
This work is usually fixed fee and could include:

If you have some documentation in place, we can thoroughly review this and recommend and implement the necessary changes and develop any missing documents.
We can also carry out an audit of your HR function to check compliance and provide advice about what may be needed. Our HR Audit will examine and evaluate your current working practices and identify any areas of concern. You will be provided with a comprehensive report detailing the level of compliance and advice on this. We can then work with you, as needed.
We offer a number of packages based on what our clients request the most but this can be altered to suit your organisation as needed.
