HR Advice

The do-it-yourself option.

Up to 1 hour each month of advice from our experienced HR team which coupled with our HR Hub, updates and training, will allow you the reassurance you need to handle your HR matters yourself. This cost-effective option is a fixed price no matter how many employees you have, so it suits those on a tight budget, smaller organisations or perhaps those who have someone responsible for HR who would like regular access to support.

HR Manager

The hands-on support option.

Your dedicated HR Manager will work with you to use a monthly allowance of time to help manage your team, providing advice covering a wide range of issues including poor performance, grievances, sickness and maternity, attending meetings remotely where needed and drafting the relevant letters and documents for you. You will have a HR audit included to help identify any areas to focus on and a bespoke contract of employment and a suite of people related policies created for you, which will be kept up-to-date with changing legislation.

The full support option.

Everything from the HR Manager package plus a dedicated HR Administrator who will use a monthly allowance of time to take care of all your people related admin such as new starters, leavers, contractual changes, calculating holidays, probation reminders etc.
